לפני הכל – קהילה שחיה כאן

הגרעין התחיל ב‑2007 עם כמה משפחות שבחרו לעבור ליפו ולגדל כאן את הילדים. היום זו קהילה של עשרות משפחות בתל כביר, שפירא ונווה שאנן – שכנים, לא אורחים. מהקהילה הזאת יוצאים המחנכים, המדריכים והמתנדבים של כל שאר הפרויקטים.

סיפורו של גרעין חברתי יפו

גרעין משימתי שהוקם בתשס"ז (2007) ביפו, במטרה להעמיק זהות יהודית־ציונית שורשית המשותפת לכל החוגים בחברה הישראלית – מתוך חיבור אמיתי לתושבי תל אביב-יפו.

"הופיעו מריצות־עץ שהיו מובלות על קורות־עץ. ידיים רכות ובלתי מאומנות לעבודה החזיקו בהן… אך בעליהן ידעו לשיר שירים. רחובות תל אביב שמעו שירה מיום היוולדם."

החזון

הקמת קהילות ערכיות חזקות תוך חיבור לקהילות המקומיות, וחיזוק הזהות היהודית־ציונית במרחב. אנחנו מאמינים שיפו – עיר שיש בה קצת מכל דבר – היא המקום הנכון להראות שזה אפשרי.

ארבע המטרות

קהילות ערכיות המחוברות לתושבים; פעילות זהות יהודית־ציונית תוך עידוד מתנדבים מקרב התושבים; שיתופי פעולה רחבים עם העירייה, קהילות ומוסדות; ושינוי הדימוי של יפו ותל כביר.

איך אנחנו מחליטים

כל פרויקט חדש נבחן בדיון עומק: האם הוא מקדם את ערכי הגרעין, מחבר לקהילה, מאוזן כלכלית ובר־קיימא לטווח ארוך. רק פרויקט שעומד בארבע הרגליים יוצא לדרך.

ציוני דרך

  • 2007הקמת הגרעין ביפו – משפחות ראשונות מתיישבות בתל כביר ובשכונות דרום העיר; העמותה נרשמת ברשם העמותות (22.10.2007).
  • 2008"חינוך עכשיו": הקמת גני ממ"ד ובית ספר יפה־נוף יחד עם הקהילה המקומית.
  • 2010sמדרשת יפו לסיורים, איגוד בתי הכנסת ו"לגעת ברוח" הופכים לפעילות שוטפת; מרכז יפעת נכנס לבתי הספר הממלכתיים.
  • 2020סיוע בהקמת גרעין אבן החסד, ראשון לציון.
  • 2023סיוע בהקמת גרעין כל ישראל חברים, ראשון לציון.
  • 2024ימי שיא ברוח יהודית ב־75 בתי ספר; קייטנות ב־24 בתי ספר; מרכז יפעת מפעיל מערך של 8 בתי ספר ו־145 כיתות.
  • 2025מחזור פעילות של 2.8 מיליון ₪; 19 עובדים ו־22 מתנדבים; דוחות מבוקרים ואישור אלכ"ר מבוקר.
  • 2026מערכות דיגיטליות חדשות לניהול ההדרכה והדיווח, והרחבת הפעילות למשכן נוסף.

מרכז יפעת לזהות יהודית־ציונית

התכנית מעמיקה זהות יהודית־ציונית בקרב תלמידי בתי הספר הממלכתיים בדרום תל אביב, דרך פעילות א־פורמלית שמשלבת חינוך, תרבות ופנאי. הנושא השנתי: "ציר הזמן היהודי" – מאברהם אבינו, דרך העליות ועד ימינו. הפעילות מופעלת על ידי צוות מדריכות ובנות שירות לאומי.

חינוך עכשיו

בניית מוסדות חינוך קהילתיים ביפו החל מ־2008, יחד עם הקהילה המקומית: גני ילדים ממלכתיים־דתיים ובית הספר היסודי יפה־נוף. מוסדות שמאפשרים למשפחות צעירות להשתקע בעיר ולגדל בה את ילדיהן.

איגוד בתי הכנסת ביפו

בתי הכנסת של עדות יפו – הלובי, הבוכרי, הטריפוליטאי ואחרים – הם אוצר היסטורי חי. האיגוד מסייע בתחזוקה ובשיפוץ, מחזק את הקהילות המתפללות ומקים מוסדות דת: ישיבה, מכינה ועוד.

Community and families

First of all – a community that lives here

The garin began in 2007 with a few families who chose to move to Jaffa and raise their children here. Today it is a community of dozens of families in Tel Kabir, Shapira and Neve Sha'anan – neighbors, not visitors. This community is where the educators, guides and volunteers of every other project come from.

The story of Garin Jaffa

A mission-driven community founded in 2007 in Jaffa, to deepen a rooted Jewish-Zionist identity shared across Israeli society – through real partnership with the residents of Tel Aviv-Jaffa.

Strong, values-based communities connected to their neighbors, and a stronger Jewish-Zionist identity across the city. We believe Jaffa – a city with a little of everything – is the right place to show it can be done.

Four goals

Values-based communities connected to residents; Jewish-Zionist identity activity that recruits volunteers from the neighborhoods; broad partnerships with the municipality, communities and institutions; and changing the image of Jaffa and Tel Kabir.

How we decide

Every new project is examined in depth: does it advance our values, connect to the community, balance financially and last? Only a project that stands on all four legs goes ahead.

  • 2007The garin is founded – the first families settle in Tel Kabir and the southern neighborhoods; the nonprofit is registered (22 Oct 2007).

From the kindergarten to the synagogue, from the classroom to the alleys of Old Jaffa – this is what our work looks like on the ground.

Yifat Center for Jewish-Zionist Identity

The program deepens Jewish-Zionist identity among students in the public schools of south Tel Aviv through informal education that blends learning, culture and play. This year's theme: "the Jewish timeline" – from Abraham, through the waves of immigration, to today. Run by a team of educators and national-service volunteers.

Experiential tours combining Zionist history, the stories of Jaffa's kabbalists, authentic synagogues and liturgical song: Selichot in Jaffa and Hebron, Hanukkah lights in Jerusalem, Sukkot, summer nights, food and market tours, and routes for soldiers and bar/bat mitzvah families.

Union of Synagogues in Jaffa

The synagogues of Jaffa's communities – Libyan, Bukharan, Tripolitan and others – are a living historical treasure. The union helps with upkeep and renovation, strengthens congregations and founds religious institutions: a yeshiva, a pre-military academy and more.

Antes que nada – una comunidad que vive aquí

El garín comenzó en 2007 con unas pocas familias que eligieron mudarse a Jaffa y criar aquí a sus hijos. Hoy es una comunidad de decenas de familias en Tel Kabir, Shapira y Neve Sha'anan – vecinos, no visitantes. De esta comunidad salen los educadores, guías y voluntarios de todos los demás proyectos.

Quiénes somos

La historia de Garín Yafo

Una comunidad con misión, fundada en 2007 en Jaffa para profundizar una identidad judía-sionista arraigada y compartida por toda la sociedad israelí – mediante una asociación real con los vecinos de Tel Aviv-Jaffa.

Nuestra visión

Comunidades fuertes, basadas en valores y conectadas con sus vecinos, y una identidad judía-sionista más sólida en toda la ciudad. Creemos que Jaffa – una ciudad con un poco de todo – es el lugar indicado para demostrar que es posible.

Cuatro objetivos

Comunidades de valores conectadas con los vecinos; actividad de identidad judía-sionista que recluta voluntarios de los barrios; alianzas amplias con el municipio, las comunidades y las instituciones; y cambiar la imagen de Jaffa y Tel Kabir.

Cómo decidimos

Cada nuevo proyecto se examina a fondo: ¿promueve nuestros valores, conecta con la comunidad, se equilibra financieramente y perdura? Solo avanza un proyecto que se sostiene sobre los cuatro pilares.

Hitos

  • 2007Se funda el garín – las primeras familias se instalan en Tel Kabir y los barrios del sur; se registra la organización (22/10/2007).
  • 2008"Educación Ahora": abren los jardines de infancia y la escuela Yafe Nof junto a la comunidad local.
  • 2010sMidreshet Yafo, la Unión de Sinagogas y "Tocar el Espíritu" se convierten en programas de todo el año; el Centro Yifat entra en las escuelas públicas.
  • 2020Apoyo a la fundación del garín Even HaChesed en Rishon LeZion.
  • 2023Apoyo a la fundación del garín Kol Yisrael Chaverim en Rishon LeZion.
  • 2024Jornadas especiales con espíritu judío en 49 escuelas de todo el país; campamentos en 24 escuelas; Yifat opera en 8 escuelas y 145 clases.
  • 2025Volumen de actividad de 2,8 millones de ₪; 19 empleados y 22 voluntarios; estados auditados y certificación Sello de Oro.

Seis proyectos, una ciudad

Del jardín de infancia a la sinagoga, del aula a los callejones de la vieja Jaffa – así se ve nuestro trabajo sobre el terreno.

Centro Yifat de Identidad Judía-Sionista

El programa profundiza la identidad judía-sionista de los alumnos de las escuelas públicas del sur de Tel Aviv mediante educación no formal que combina aprendizaje, cultura y juego. El tema de este año: "la línea de tiempo judía" – desde Abraham, pasando por las olas de inmigración, hasta hoy. Lo lleva un equipo de educadoras y voluntarias del servicio nacional.

Festivales durante el año: Tu BiShvat, Janucá, Purim, Día de Jerusalén, Shavuot, Día de la Lengua Hebrea y "Buen hablar". Además, las jornadas "Reciclaje con espíritu judío": 49 escuelas en todo el país, más de 50.000 alumnos y cientos de horas de talleres docentes.

Midreshet Yafo – recorridos con espíritu judío

Recorridos vivenciales que combinan historia sionista, las historias de los cabalistas de Jaffa, sinagogas auténticas y canto litúrgico: Selijot en Jaffa y Hebrón, luces de Janucá en Jerusalén, Sucot, noches de verano, rutas gastronómicas y de mercado, y recorridos para soldados y familias de bar/bat mitzvá.

Educación Ahora

Construimos instituciones educativas comunitarias en Jaffa desde 2008, junto a la comunidad local: jardines de infancia público-religiosos y la escuela primaria Yafe Nof. Instituciones que permiten a las familias jóvenes instalarse en la ciudad y criar aquí a sus hijos.

Unión de Sinagogas de Jaffa

Las sinagogas de las comunidades de Jaffa – libia, bujará, tripolitana y otras – son un tesoro histórico vivo. La unión ayuda con el mantenimiento y la restauración, fortalece las congregaciones y funda instituciones religiosas: una yeshivá, una academia premilitar y más.

Actividad de Torá y comunidad durante todo el año para el público en general: clases para adultos, seminarios, Shabatot comunitarios, espectáculos, campamentos y talleres en torno al calendario judío – un punto de encuentro para vecinos de Jaffa de todos los orígenes.

La Próxima Generación y Centros de Familia

Un club para adolescentes en riesgo, familias apadrinadas y paquetes de alimentos, y un programa de apoyo a parejas y familias junto a la fundación Keren Kehilot y el departamento de bienestar social. A su lado, un programa que fomenta un servicio militar y nacional significativo entre los estudiantes de secundaria del sur de Tel Aviv.

Facilitador/a de programa, Centro Yifat – suplencia por baja de maternidad Incorporación inmediata

El puesto: redacción de materiales didácticos sobre identidad judía-sionista; acompañamiento y guía de las voluntarias del servicio nacional y del equipo docente en su labor educativa en las escuelas; participación en el desarrollo de programas y liderazgo de procesos educativos.

Requisitos (según la normativa del Ministerio de Educación):

  • Título universitario (grado) – obligatorio
  • Experiencia en facilitación, educación no formal o acompañamiento de grupos
  • Alta capacidad de redacción
  • Afinidad con los contenidos de identidad judía-sionista
